Towards the end of 2018 I organised a photoshoot for the fabric accessories I had been working on and had programmed to create a catalogue by the beginning of the year. Having participated on the Diaspora awards Italia earlier before I had met a fotographer from ivory coast who was covering the event and asked him if he could do this shooting. I gave him my budget and he was ok with it.. The shooting took place and I selected the images for post production with details of modification. I got a weTransfer from him few days later without the modifications I had specified and very bad quality, infact I had to add filters before publishing them on social media platforms. since the new year was around the corner I didn’t want to disturb him and decided to contact him after the 4th of jan.

when I finally got hold of him he gave me attitude that I was bothering him . my catalogue was getting delayed and I needed the HR images urgently but he told me that he had other jobs to do, that he already sent me pics, that he saw people putting likes on facebook so according to him the pics are ok and if wasn’t satisfied I should wait till he got time…blah blah blahhhh… I was so mad I actually screamed on phone!!!!!! then he sent me a very rude VM! I left him at that and never got my HR images never got my Catalogue done but most important I NEVER GAVE UP!!!
I posted on facebook that I urgently needed a post production pro and immediately my sister from another mother contacted me in private and introduced me to a journalist photographer.we had a meeting and I explained to him the situation, he offered to give me a brand new fotoshoot in a professional studio without any charges!!!. I was so thrilled I decided to do a completely different shoot from the one I had with the bully.
I took me a while to come up with new designs to go with the accessories but it was worth the wait.

THESE PICS BELOW ARE DEDICATED TO MARIO & JACKLYNE OKOTH thank you for believing and supporting me on this project!

Forever thankful for your support and never forgetting where I come from and who has been with me in this journey. The rest of the pics coming soon in the next blogs,
